The First & Only Viscoelastic Testing System FDA-Cleared for Peripartum Obstetric Procedures

The Quantra® Hemostasis System with QStat® Cartridge received FDA 510(k) clearance in August 2025 for use in peripartum obstetric procedures. The system provides a rapid, comprehensive assessment of a patient’s coagulation status at the point of need, with results typically available in less than 15 minutes. It is the first and only viscoelastic testing platform that is FDA-cleared for obstetric bleeding.
Premier’s Innovation Celebration is entering its 15th year of recognizing and honoring healthcare supplier innovation. More than 600 suppliers exhibit at the Breakthroughs Conference each year.
