AWKO Law LLP is investigating a data breach that led to unauthorized access to the sensitive information of individuals affiliated with Astrana Health, Inc.’s subsidiary, Astrana Health Management, Inc. Astrana Health, Inc. is a California-based technology-powered healthcare company that operates as a Management Services Organization (MSO).

On September 23, 2026, Astrana Health, Inc. disclosed to the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) that unauthorized actors engaged in social engineering to impersonate its personnel and spoof its main corporate telephone number. These actors then contacted certain employees to obtain unauthorized access to Astrana Health systems, leading to a cybersecurity incident Astrana determined was material.

Astrana Health, Inc. has not yet notified affected individuals or disclosed what types of data may have been compromised, which may have violated state and federal laws.
